Rasta The Dog woke me up barking (presumably at the full moon or a brush rabbit) at 4am and after I went out and whistled for her to come in I stood on the deck for a moment and took in the full moon and stars which lit up the sky. Apparently the bright star right next to the moon was Jupitar and Im not the only one who saw it:

I tried to capture the same moon tonight using a 10 second shutter speed. The result was something that resembled a Midnight Sun...interesting that the Moon has enough light on it's own that no flash is required...
